Cherie LeBlanc is a Louisiana native, born and raised in Lafayette, married Ryan in 1999 and raised 3 girls in Abbeville, LA.  She attended St Thomas More High School then the University of Southwestern Louisiana. After a career in private practice Residential Design, in 2011, she founded Classic Cup Brew Bar & Eatery which she recently sold in April 2024. 

 

Cherie has always had a passion for the beach and everything outdoors. Partnering the idea of owning her own beach real estate and using it to make passive income, in 2019, Cherie and her husband of 25 years, Ryan, purchased their first investment condo in Orange Beach, Alabama. She has since developed a flourishing career in condo renovation and management and has earned a remarkable reputation amongst her guests, her clients and fellow professionals. She has a tenacious work ethic and possesses both emotional intelligence and the professional poise that is critical to be successful in the short-term vacation rental management field.  She is bold but compassionate, known for her unmatched devotion to her clients and guests. She earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice. Cherie is both a homeowner and an income property owner, which makes her empathetic to clients as they experience the current vacation rental climate.
